January Featured Facilitator: Mike Sallade

Mike Sallade believes in saving the world “one small group at a time”. His facilitation work encompasses teaching one another about compassion, empathy, curiosity, hard work and determination.

Mike’s background includes an Associate degree in Wildlife from the University of Pennsylvania and a Bachelor’s degree in Adventure Education from Prescott College where he focused on wilderness leadership and group facilitation.

His career in experiential education started in the summer of 2000 at Shaver’s Creek Environmental Center in central Pennsylvania and has taken him all over the U.S..

In his free time, Mike is usually playing outside with his lovely wife and dog.
