Professional Development

From experience and research, we know that learning is most effective when people become personally engaged in the learning process; and engagement is most likely to take place when there is a need to learn.

Using a student-centered approach, educators and counselors take on a facilitative role guiding students as they learn content. Experiential education encompasses problem solving, service learning, adventure learning and cooperative learning. Educators and counselors do not need prior background to participate in our courses, workshops or customized training programs. Furthermore, our professional development opportunities are not only intended for beginners as we have much to offer the experienced practitioner.

Please see our university courses and workshops or contact us about creating a customized training for your school or organization.
