Our Conflict Resolution programs develop participants’ skills in cooperation, communication, listening, and understanding different points of view. With these new or refined skills, students can work to appropriately resolve and de-escalate conflict or prevent it altogether. This skill development is accomplished through participating in collaborative, non-competitive activities that promote helpfulness, inclusiveness, responsibility as well as building new behavioral norms that support these principles.
