Her expertise centers around the integration of experiential and adventure based teaching practices in the school environment and the use of adventure to create community and promote positive social change on the personal and organizational level.  She also integrates her decade-long background as a yoga teacher and practitioner into her work in various and subtle ways.

Steph is a regular presenter at regional and international Association for Experiential Education conferences and contracts with many challenge course organizations to stay connected to and inspired by our innovative, creative and wise community of facilitators and educators.

Steph lives in Rye, NH with her husband Jeff, their dogs and bird, and spends every free moment connected to the outdoors through surfing, sea kayaking, cycling, and telemark skiing.
