August is a big month for us, both in terms of program size and quantity as both Youth & Student Programs and Corporate Training have their largest groups of the year.

Many groups leverage our training options and facilities to prepare for the coming academic year or change in seasons!  What a way to kick off your Fall!

Leadership Development Conference

August brings our annual 5-day Leadership Development Conference for upwards of 200 people.  There are 18 different teams in three cohorts working together in small groups, large groups and then cross functionally in different project teams to deliver an end result of collaboration, communication and impactful learning.

In the image above the first year participants of the program are introduced to the Learning Styles Inventory and how different styles affect group success.

Feedback from participants throughout the week includes that though the training is pivotal to their development in their work environment, the benefits also cross over into their personal lives as well.
